Before the construction site: make the project buildable.
The sketch explores the layout, volumes and uses. The pre-project stages gradually clarify the choices. Structure, envelope and network studies must be coordinated to avoid each subject being solved separately.
The STUDIO timeline distinguishes ESQ, APS, APD, permit, PRO and DCE. The scope depends on the mission: a permit file does not necessarily contain the execution details useful for manufacturing or consulting companies. Identify the deliverables and their authors before committing.

Authorize and contract.
Authorizations are checked according to the operation and its location with the town hall. The parts, deadlines and use of an architect depend on the situation; The official Public Service sheet provides guidance.
The contract depends on the missions entrusted to the professionals. Identify your co-contractor, the services included and the documents which define the project. For a CCMI, check in particular the contractual elements, insurance and guarantees applicable with the help of ADIL if necessary.

03 / Understand
The interest of a local builder.
Proximity can facilitate on-site exchanges, visits and business coordination. It also provides the opportunity to examine comparable achievements and to understand the concrete organization of the site.
Distance is not the only criterion. Ask the manufacturer about their experience with the system chosen, its availability, its monitoring and its management of modifications. BUILD is looking for a connection adapted to the project sector; work commitments remain those of the partner manufacturer.
04 / Understand
Monitor the work, then prepare for reception.
Keep a consistent file: up-to-date plans, decisions, reports and modification requests. When a choice changes, ask what impact it has on price, deadlines and other work before confirming it.
The reception is a formal step to prepare for. The works are examined and any reservations recorded according to the applicable framework. Plan the time and, if necessary, the necessary support. Document tracking in CORA facilitates exchanges when the information is provided; it does not replace contractual acts.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does it take to build a house?
There is no valid duration for all projects. Studies, authorizations, supplies, availability of companies, weather and technical complexity influence the schedule. Request a schedule linked to the project and the contract.
Is a permit enough to start manufacturing?
A permit does not replace the studies and plans necessary for execution. The start-up must also take into account the applicable administrative, contractual and technical conditions.
Is S1GULARIS BUILD the builder of my house?
BUILD ensures the connection. The local partner builder is your co-contractor for the construction contract and the commitments contained therein.
