Your contact requests

The contact details and project information entered in the form are used to process your request, to contact you again and to explore a possible connection. They are recorded in our management tools and can be transmitted to our team by notification.

Applications and partnerships

The information from the manufacturer questionnaire is used to examine your activity, your sectors and partnership possibilities, then to prepare an exchange. Professional applications are used to study your background and to contact you about an opportunity. They are recorded separately by type of request in our contact database; Recruitment applications are not transmitted via this form to our commercial prospecting tool. You can request their deletion by writing to us.

S1GULARIS Land

Address search and base maps query IGN public services. The geometry of the plot is transmitted to API Carto to search for documents and zoning; the municipality code is sent to Géorisks for its risk inventory. The program and the folder remain in memory on the page, without automatic saving by this service. Downloading saves them to your device. If you send form STUDIO, its summary is recorded with your contact request according to the conditions above.

Design requests are for S1GULARIS STUDIO, at AREPO HOUSE LIMITED in London. Connection requests in France and those concerning the A1 range concern S1GULARIS FRANCE, 13 port Saint-Étienne, 31000 Toulouse.

Connection

The location of the project allows us to check the availability of our network. The terms of contact with a partner manufacturer are specified during our discussions.

Local preferences

During your first visit, the country.is service receives your IP address to determine only your country and offer the corresponding language. No GPS position is requested. The country code is stored in your browser for up to 24 hours. Your manual language choice is stored on this device and remains a priority. If detection is unavailable, the site is displayed in French.

Audience measurement is optional and begins after your agreement. It concerns the pages consulted, the source of visit (referring domain and campaign parameters), the screen category and certain interactions: opening a form, downloading or accessing CORA. Full addresses, free parameters and form contents are not recorded in these statistics.

A random session ID is kept in your browser and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Detailed statistics are kept for 90 days. Your choice is stored for 6 months; you can change it via “Audience Preferences” in the footer. A temporary hash of the network address protects forms from abuse; it is deleted within 48 hours.

Project and partnership requests feed into our Leads module in CORA. If you accept audience measurement, their origin can be associated with the request. Authorized administrators have aggregated statistics; no connection key is accessible on the public site.

The site may store functional preferences, such as shopping cart or language, in your browser. Links to external services take you to their own privacy policies.
