Does BUILD build my house directly?
S1GULARIS BUILD brings together our local locations. In France, S1GULARIS FRANCE organizes connections with partner manufacturers. The construction contract is concluded with the partner builder, which specifies its services and commitments.
Can I contact you without having purchased my land?
Yes. Specify that you are looking for land, the sector envisaged and your initial expectations. If you have identified a plot, its location and the information already available will allow you to better prepare for the exchange. The feasibility remains to be studied.
Can you intervene in my municipality?
The network is currently being deployed and does not yet cover all of France. Indicate your municipality and your postal code: our team will check the local possibilities. The headquarters of Toulouse does not constitute an indication of territorial coverage.
Can I come with my plans or a permit already obtained?
Yes. Indicate the documents you have in your request. Their level of definition, possible adaptations and studies still necessary will be examined with the project stakeholders.
What budget and time frame should be planned?
They depend in particular on the land, the surface area, the construction system, the finishes and the perimeter chosen. The builder presents you with the costing and timetable for your project. We do not publish construction prices per m² or standard deadlines which would ignore these parameters.
What is the difference between A1 and a custom home?
The A1 range is based on already developed design and engineering, with adaptation to your plot. For a tailor-made project, S1GULARIS STUDIO studies a response specific to your uses and your constraints. In both cases, the possibility of building with a partner is verified locally.
