Identify the roles.
You are the owner of your project. The design, construction and monitoring missions are entrusted according to the contracts selected. The nature of the contract depends on the services actually entrusted, not only on the commercial name of the professional.
Note for each stakeholder their role, their scope and the documents they provide. In the BUILD route, the connection does not transfer the partner manufacturer's commitments to S1GULARIS.

Keep a usable trace.
Prepare a simple classification: contract and annexes, plans in force, reports, modifications, supporting documents and exchanges. A dated photo completes an observation; it does not replace a clearly formulated request.
For a modification, have the content, price, deadlines and consequences on other items specified in writing. The good reflex is to clarify before validating. For the rules specific to CCMI, consult the ANIL references and, if necessary, your ADIL.

Prepare a full-fledged step.
Receipt allows the work to be examined and its acceptance to be formalized with or without reservations within the applicable framework. Prepare the reference documents, the list of points to be examined and the supporting arrangements.
After this step, keep the receipt documents, notices and follow-up exchanges. Legal questions linked to a concrete difficulty must be examined with a competent professional: this module provides organizational guidelines.

Put into practice
An exercise for your project.
Create a tracking sheet with five columns: subject, reference document, contact person, expected decision and date. Fill it with three questions that you would ask before the construction site opens.
